Bremer Bay is on the move again. There are loads of exciting things happening in and around Bremer including a New Town Centre, the first commercial blocks and medium density housing blocks are now on the market so you could easily find a prime location for a new business! The new industrial area is zoned “ special rural enterprise” to allow people to live and work from the same place or use as a simple lifestyle block, these are now on the market also and should have roads in place by mid-2015. The new civic town square has had it’s initial plans put in place, hopefully it will be started in the not too distant future to give the town somewhere to gather.
