Situated in Bremer Bay Caravan Park is this onsite van. Site 130 comprises of a 24ft van with a 3m hard annex along it’s side and a tropical roof.

The caravan is divided into 2 separate rooms. A bedroom at the rear boasts lots of storage space currently with a double bed but a queen could fit. The front of the van is set up with a kitchen and dining area, complete with fridge, gas stove/oven and a sink.
The hard annex is split into 2 rooms, the rear, a bedroom fits 2 sets of bunk beds and a wardrobe and the front section can be set up as a lounge area.

Outside is an undercover area featuring a BBQ, wood fireplace all on a concrete floor that is fenced off. To the side of this outdoor area is a small shed for storage of all the extra holiday gear.

Although there is no bathroom in the van the van has access to all amenities in the caravan park.

This is a walk in walk out offer so the van comes with everything.
